What is a bully and what makes you a bully? A bully is a person who hurts others physically or emotionally. What makes you a bully:if you always pick on others, treat them unfairly, hurt them emotionally or physically. To sum it up do whatever it takes to break them down as a low self-esteem person, and make them feel bad about who they are or not to have any more happiness or hope in themselves.
